David Critzer has been in the insurance business for over 30 years, initially working more than 8 years with a large health and life insurance carrier as a sales representative and then as a sales manager before founding Critzer Insurance Services in 1992. Mr. Critzer is a member of the Silicon Valley Chapter of the National Association of Health Underwriters, and has attained certification as a PPACA Professional from NAHU through professional education in the area of health care reform and its effect on employers and individuals. He is also well versed in practical solutions to assist employers in meeting their compliance obligations under COBRA, Cal-COBRA, ERISA, and HIPAA in addition to the Affordable Care Act. He holds a B.S. in Business from Menlo College and an MBA from San Jose State University, and has extensive experience designing, installing, servicing, renewing, and administering business and nonprofit organization employee benefit plans, from sole proprietorships and start-ups to mid-size businesses with hundreds of employees.
David also brings his 30 years of experience and the same great service to his work with individuals and families to secure their financial future with health and life insurance plans that fit their budget and their needs.
